We collect only what we need to fulfill your order. Nothing more.

Your data is used for one purpose and one purpose only: fulfilling your vehicle history report order.
We do not use your data for marketing, advertising, profiling, or any secondary purpose. We do not send you follow-up texts, promotional messages, or newsletters. The only text you will ever receive from us is your report.
To deliver your report, we work with a small number of trusted service providers. Each receives only the minimum data required for their specific role.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or license your personal information to any third party under any circumstances. No exceptions.
Your order data is stored securely on Cloudflare's infrastructure, encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is restricted and your data is never exposed beyond what is needed to fulfill your order.
Order records are automatically deleted after 90 days. We do not archive or export your data to any external system.
No payment instrument data ever touches our systems. All payment processing is handled entirely by Cash App and Square.
We may use cookies or similar technologies to improve site performance and understand how our service is used. Any analytics data collected is used solely to improve your experience and is not sold or shared with advertisers.
Your browser may temporarily store your order details locally so the page can restore your place if you refresh. This data never leaves your device.
Cloudflare may set technical cookies for security and infrastructure purposes. This is governed by Cloudflare's own privacy policy and is not under our control.

To exercise any of these rights, text us at (507) 271-0329. We do not require ID verification to fulfill deletion or access requests — your phone number is sufficient to locate your record.
Our service is intended for adults 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted an order, please contact us and we will delete the record immediately.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We will not retroactively change how we handle data that was collected under a prior version of this policy. Continued use of our service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
